The Clash - Rat Patrol From Fort Bragg (2 CD)

Rat Patrol From Fort Bragg is one of the most famous of Clash bootlegs. It is made up of the original recordings by Mick Jones of what would become the Combat Rock album. A lot of these songs never saw the light of day and the original mixes were never used either due to the struggles and fighting that the band was starting to experience at this point in time. While Rat Patrol From Fort Bragg is a relatively easy bootleg ro find for download online most versions available are only made up of 1 CD and are missing some great tracks. The version I am giving you here includes some extremely rare tracks including two songs featuring Ranking Roger from The Beat on vocals. This material truly is a must have for any Clash fan.

Paris Mon Amour - 4 CD's

Followers of this blog will know that I am a big fan of Francoise Hardy and her music. However I also very much enjoy listening to some of the other French pop artists from the 1960's and 1970's. Paris Mon Amour does a great job of compiling some great songs from various artists, everything from Francoise Hardy to France Gall and Jacques Dutronc. I highly recommend these CD's to anyone who wants an introduction into this great music from France or even someone who just wants all these great songs compiled in one place.
